Working alongside children, young people and families, and the professionals who support them.

Artricia Therapy supports children, young people and families to understand their experiences, express their emotions and build resilience through creative and relationship-based therapeutic approaches.
Alongside this, practitioners are supported through reflective supervision, training and consultation that nurture confidence, strengthen practice and promote professional growth.
Artricia Therapy also partners with organisations to enhance service delivery, strengthen workforce development and embed reflective, trauma-informed and relationship-based approaches across practice.

Artricia Therapy was founded by Dr Patricia Watts in 2019. Patricia qualified as an Art Therapist in 2007 and has over 18 years' post-qualification experience supporting children, young people and families.
At the heart of Patricia's practice is a belief that every child and young person deserves to feel heard, understood and valued. Her work is guided by curiosity, compassion and creativity, recognising that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences and strengths at their own pace.
Patricia is committed to building trusting relationships and creating supportive spaces where children, young people, families and practitioners can reflect, grow and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Patricia is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a full member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT) and Therapeutic Life Story International (TLSWI). She is also a PVG Scheme member, holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and receives regular clinical supervision for both her clinical and supervisory practice.

"Patricia puts the children’s needs as the top priority, and achieves impactful and meaningful change through her support of the children and their families."
